Although we would never dare compare ourselves with the New York Yankees' long history, we understand that such a storied legacy was built through the sweat and effort of countless managers and players.
G.STUDIO has built trust by meeting each customer in Gangnam over 23 years. We will not rely on those 23 years; we will continue to learn humbly and devote ourselves to making better photographs with the same mindset we had when we first picked up a camera.
Why did G.STUDIO switch from pre-shoot makeup to AI makeup?
In the past, we believed that getting makeup before the shoot was important. But our perspective changed as we photographed employment photos for many years.
Makeup is done while looking in a mirror, but an employment photo is judged from the front-facing image that was actually captured. In a photo, small differences that are hard to notice in everyday life—such as eyebrow height, length, thickness, and arch position—become much clearer.
Because the purpose is a photo shoot, we decided it is more effective to shoot first and then precisely adjust what is needed while looking at the actual photo. AI is a tool that helps make this process more precise.
Why are eyebrows so important in an employment photo?
Eyebrows are one of the elements that strongly shape an impression in an employment photo. Even a small change in thickness, length, left-right height, arch position, color, or hair direction can change the impression of the entire face.

Wouldn't it be better to make the eyes or nose look more attractive with AI?

Yes. We review the result together on a monitor after the shoot. If anything needs to be changed, we discuss it, make the adjustment, and complete the photo after checking the final result together.
AI does not decide what the customer's face should look like. It is used as a tool based on the photographer's experience and the customer's feedback.
Who may benefit especially from an AI makeup employment photo?
It may be helpful for people who are not feeling their best on the day of the shoot, are concerned about left-right balance, or find it difficult to express their desired eye-area impression.
Even when multiple eyelid folds appear or the lashes and eyeliner do not look clear enough and make the photo look tired, only the necessary areas can be adjusted naturally after the shoot.
How can you tell natural AI makeup from excessive retouching?
